The AML/CFT Cooperation Council virtually held its regular meeting for the 1st Quarter of 2024

During the regular meeting on January 25, 2024, the AML/CFT Cooperation Council discussed following issues:

Preparing Mongolia's Follow-Up Report 2024 and submitting it to the Asia/Pacific Group on Money Laundering (APG);
Action items of the Work Plan to implement the AML/CFT National Strategy that need more focus.

At the meeting, decisions were made such as to submit Mongolia's Follow-Up Report 2024 to APG after reflecting comments received from the Cooperation Council member organizations and develop and approve Work plan of the Cooperation Council for the year 2024.
