The Institute of Certified Accountants of Mongolia organized a training course for compliance officers

The Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Mongolia organized a training for compliance officers of reporting entities on March 30, 2023. In this context, the Financial Information Service has provided training on the following topics. It includes:

• General understanding of supervision and reporting responsibilities
• Risk management and use of risk-based approach by the reporting entity
• Customer Due Diligence and Beneficial Ownership
• Tips for using the GoAML platform to report suspicious transactions

Moreover, Cooperation Council member organizations such as Bank of Mongolia, the Counter-Terrorism Council, and the Ministry of Justice and Internal Affairs conducted a training on related topics. In total, more than 50 people participated in the training.
